Ununbium Production

The fist invented synthesis of Ununbium was based on on bombarding of the lead target by accelerated in a heavy ion accelerator zinc ions.

²⁰⁸₈₂Pb + ⁷⁰30Zn -> ²⁷⁷₁₁₂Uub + ¹n

In May 2006, in Dubna, another isotope Ununbium-282 was synthesized via series of α-decays.

²⁹⁴₁₁₈Uuo -> ²⁹⁰₁₁₆Uuh + α
²⁹⁰₁₁₆Uuh -> ²⁸⁶₁₁₄Uuq + α
²⁸⁶₁₁₄Uuq -> ²⁸²₁₁₂Uub + α
